We are a fast-growing international digital marketing agency seeking a Growth Hacker to drive measurable results for our clients across Facebook Ads (primarily) & Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and scale 20–25 client campaigns.
• Develop growth strategies through A/B testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to enhance conversion rates.
• Provide clear, actionable insights through detailed reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Meta Ads for Lead Generation (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (15+ accounts preferred)
• Strong experience with campaign optimization, scaling, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation
• Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
