Job Summary:We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in event space sales and brand activations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish, but not mandatory), with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the events or marketing industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities by engaging with marketing directors, event managers, and other decision-makers in the industry. They will pitch our digital and tech platform, which enhances brand engagement at events, providing valuable data and insights to our clients. Additionally, this role requires strong skills in creating presentations, crafting pitches, and developing comprehensive proposals tailored to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the event space, including brands, agencies, and event planners.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our digital and tech platform, focusing on how it enhances attendee engagement and provides actionable data for brands.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized proposals for prospective clients, clearly outlining the services offered, the benefits to their brand, and the potential return on investment.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow-up & Closing: Diligently follow up with leads and potential clients to close sales, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding and implementation teams.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies and approaches continuously.
  • Travel: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed. Must have a valid passport and, if residing outside the USA, a valid U.S. visa.

Qualifications:

  • Location: Greater Miami Area, Florida.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the event or marketing industry.
  • Event Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the event space, brand activations, and the needs of marketing professionals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital platforms and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively pitch our tech solutions.
  • Presentation & Proposal Skills: Proficient in creating high-quality presentations and detailed proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with digital engagement platforms or data analytics tools.
  • Existing network within the event or marketing industries in the USA.
