Job Description

We are a coffee franchise company looking for an experienced BTL/Trade Marketing Analyst. The ideal candidate will provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs at the offline channel. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision while prioritizing store traffic and conversions for customers. For this position, we are expecting an employee that can implement in-store marketing activities and strategies in order to increase sales, while forecasting, planning and developing events that can spread the word about Qargo Coffee in each community we open stores in.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning, implementation and promoting a yearly marketing plan for corporate and also for each and every store.
  • Maintaining the relationship with store owners, franchisees and operators while engaging them in different BTL / Offline marketing activities.
  • Plan & manage periodic Ground Activation & Promotions, as well as events per territory and/or store.
  • Control events including preparation, quoting, budgets, presentation for approval, confirmation of vendors and planning.
  • Plan and implement special marketing programs according to the above plan.
  • Understand marketing and commercial sectors goals and constraints and translate these into relevant action sheets & marketing briefs.
  • Monitoring market activities (rivals).
  • Planning and executing POS materials for offline marketing such as printables and BTL tactics.
  • Accountable for preparing and arranging projects launch plans
  • Unlocking new partnerships and business by working with the Operations Team and the rest of the marketing team.
  • Optimizing the overall operational efficiency and being accountable towards the Profit and Loss of the organization and each store.
  • Strong capabilities in coordinating the supplier’s chain (i.e execution of creative, media, PR, events & BTL programs for existing clients and pitch new clients)
  • Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertisement or similar area
  • 3-5 years of working experience in trade marketing, in-store communication or similar role
  • Proven experience in offline marketing, BTL marketing, event management and planning, agency and activations.
  • Outstanding understanding of Marketing Mix
