And we really like to make those cool things whenever we get the opportunity to. In every medium, even the ones that don’t exist yet (yes, we know this is kind of ambitious). Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of design studio (or equivalent) experience in (duh) graphic design, with a strong focus on print and digital. Any knowledge of video and motion design is definitely a plus. Would be nice if you’ve also spent some time in an advertising agency, as that is what a majority of the creatives you will be working with come from.
  • English level: minimum B2.
  • High aesthetic sense, strong art direction, typography and color skills, branding and logo design experience and exceptional craft. Be able to churn out lots of adaptations when needed.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional design work under tight deadlines. Like, be a self-starter. You should be able to run your own space.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma) and familiarity with design iteration and file management techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, identifying opportunities for market expansion, product diversification, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead the research, analysis, and entry into new geographic markets and segments, assessing competitive landscapes and customer needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing current business channels, exploring new sales opportunities, and overseeing initiatives that increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and execute opportunities to enhance and expand the company’s product portfolio.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team focused on business development, sales, and marketing initiatives that fuel growth.
