Job Description

We are a coffee franchise company looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and work closely with store owners, corporate leadership, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with the brand’s philosophy and business goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and ensuring the team’s performance meets company standards.
  • Organize the team’s workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet project needs efficiently.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials and initiatives, ensuring they align with the brand’s philosophy and standards.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, covering graphic design, trade marketing, offline marketing, social media, paid media, digital marketing, creative direction, ads, PR, reputation management, influencer partnerships, email marketing, CRM, and ATL/BTL marketing.
  • Bring fresh marketing ideas and alliances to the table, considering corporate and store-specific needs, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners (franchisees and operators), understand their marketing requirements, and translate them into actionable plans for the marketing team.
  •  Take responsibility for the marketing team’s performance and results, reporting to the co-founders and other company directors on all marketing-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the creative and graphic design team, providing guidance, adjustments, and feedback to ensure creative materials align with the brand’s vision.
  • Participate in strategy planning, presentations, and feedback sessions, contributing ideas and tactics for each store’s marketing strategies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to expand the marketing team as needed, ensuring the right talent is onboarded.
  • Oversee app and website development projects, ensuring they align with brand objectives and customer expectations.
  • Negotiate and manage photoshoots, models, production companies, and other resources required for video or photography projects.
  •  Quality check and approve press releases, blog posts, and other marketing content before they go live.

Qualifications

  • Superior english level is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the retail, franchise, coffee or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing spectrum, including digital and offline channels.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to foster relationships with store owners and external partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ecosystems

The salary will be negotiated according to experience and company needs. This position is 100% on-site at our offices in Bogota.
