Art Director

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, a real estate firm based in Miami with 16 years of experience, is seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crafting cohesive Brand Kits and leading 360° Brand Campaigns, ensuring that our visual identity consistently aligns with our luxury positioning and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Brand Kits, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead the creation and implementation of Brand Systems that can scale across different platforms and channels.
• Conceptualize and execute 360° Brand Campaigns that integrate digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 or C2 level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• A keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality creative work.
