We do venture design. Ok, that sounds great, but… 🤔 what do we mean by “venture design”? It’s about using design principles to create startups. The same way you need architecture and engineering to build a house, you’d need a set of best practices that can help entrepreneurs build successful companies.

How does it work? The first step is to identify and understand a problem worth solving. Then, we recruit exceptional talent (co-founders) and gather resources (fundraising) to start building a product that solves the problem. After several iterations of building, testing and refining the product, the startup will be ready to scale.
