At Mazdi, a digital marketing agency with more than 16 years of experience in the market, we are looking for a Trafficker to join our team in Colombia. Mazdi’s headquarters are located in Atlanta, USA.

Your mission will be to implement digital campaigns on various platforms, achieving the objectives set by the assigned client.


Set up, implement, and manage online advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Continuously monitor ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments and optimizations when necessary.
Perform A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize results.
Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure proper alignment of ads with campaign strategy and objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in digital advertising.
Generate reports and performance analysis of campaigns using Looker Studio, providing recommendations and improvements based on the results obtained.
Perform lead tracking and routing to clients, ensuring proper capture and distribution of generated leads.

Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Trafficker or in similar roles, managing online advertising campaigns, preferably with a focus on the US market.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience working with US audiences and proficiency in written communication skills in English.
Ability to analyze data and make adjustments and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
Solid understanding of audience targeting principles and targeting strategies in online advertising.
Experience with comprehensive campaign tracking and monitoring, including implementation and configuration of tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as other relevant certifications in digital marketing, would be highly valued
