TTEC, a Great Place to Work® certified company, is seeking a talented Senior Bilingual Copywriter to join our vibrant marketing team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the mastermind behind captivating messages for our brand, helping us connect with B2B audiences across various channels.

 

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Develop engaging concepts and write persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, website content, social media posts, emails, and other marketing materials.
  • Adapt your writing style and tone to perfectly match our brand guidelines and target audiences.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing, creative, and other teams to ensure your copy and different written messages align with our brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Effectively integrate creative and stakeholder feedback to refine your copy and deliver exceptional results.
  • Be the voice of TTEC! Ensure consistent, engaging and creative messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints.

 

What You Bring to The Role:

  • A degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Writers are also welcome, as long as they have had experience in marketing or advertising communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B / advertising copywriting (ideally 6+ years).
  • A passion to create stories and engaging concepts for a challenging business industry. With a curiosity for advertising and the ability to craft messages in various tones: subtle, professional, informative, disruptive, corporate or charming.
  • A keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Strong research skills to stay ahead of market trends, be informed of the current state of the advertising industry, understand consumer behavior, and develop copywriting strategies for different areas of business.
  • A collaborative spirit – you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
  • Full bilingual fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, as you’ll be collaborating with a US-based team and communicating regularly in that language.
