Important advertising agency is looking for a junior recruiter

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment for full-time and part-time positions (entry-level to Manager-level) for all departments (Account Management, Planning, Creative, Marketing Sciences)
• Effectively source best-in-class candidates both actively and passively, heavily utilizing the LinkedIn Recruiter platform
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and align on role expectations, recruitment strategy, budget, and up-to-date job descriptions
• Perform virtual interviews with candidates
• Ensure professional reference checks are completed for all final candidates
• Process background checks for final candidates with extended offers
• Maintain relationships with candidates to pipeline talent for consideration when new positions emerge
• Proactively build talent network for future jobs when able, by performing exploratory/information interviews on a regular basis
• Actively participate in networking groups/events to promote the company and make new contacts; Stay “current” in the marketplace
• Track the internal database of candidates and resumes
• Maintain the open-to-hire weekly report to track all recruitment progress, to be reviewed on a weekly basis in team meetings
• Send out monthly recruitment updates related to current openings to the region
• Track and confirm employee referrals and subsequent referral bonus’
• Conduct research to understand and analyze recruitment trends by market
• Should keep candidates informed of their status during the interview process
