Freelance Contracts Administrator – Bogota
At BBDO, we are looking for a Freelance Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless experience for our freelancers and internal stakeholders, from onboarding to booking management.
Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and current freelancers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Deploy, verify (QA), and securely store onboarding documentation.
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide updates to the resources team.
- Work closely with HR to guarantee smooth entry and exit processes, addressing payroll and IT issues as necessary.
Freelance Booking Administration:
- Oversee freelancer booking requests in Jira and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely review and approval.
- Manage the freelancer booking schedule using the internal OmniPro tool.
- Communicate with freelancers about availability and booking requests, escalating issues to the production team as needed.
- Maintain and update payroll, time-tracking, and other databases as freelancers join, exit, or update their terms.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1 level (indispensable).
- 2+ years of experience in administration, staffing, or payroll management.
- Experience with Office 365 (preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in analysis, time management, and problem-solving.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
