We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Community Manager & Content Creator to join our team!
If you love crafting stories, building engaged communities, and turning insights into action, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage online communities: respond to comments, messages, and foster brand engagement.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Prepare monthly reports with key insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and management teams to ensure brand consistency and creative quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative mindset combined with analytical skills — able to measure what works and improve what doesn’t.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
