Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Content Creator to join our team at AORO. The ideal candidate should be over 35 years old, preferably a parent, and possess a deep understanding of how to connect with various audiences, primarily adults, through relevant and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies.
• Create visual and written content that resonates with our audience.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive brand communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (primarily Facebook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in digital marketing and data analysis is a plus.
