The Role: MTD is looking for a highly organized Bilingual Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team. You will be the organizational anchor for our accounts, ensuring client requirements are captured accurately and internal communication flows seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings (English/Spanish), take detailed minutes, and track action items.
Translate client needs and Account Executive notes into clear, structured briefs for the production team.
Manage calendars, follow up on priority emails, and ensure the CRM is always up to date.
Act as a proactive filter, organizing information before it reaches the creative/project teams.
What You Bring:
Advanced English (C1/C2): Flawless written and spoken communication for international clients.
Hyper-Organization: You excel at bringing order to fast-paced environments.
Experience: 2+ years in account coordination, B2B customer success, or executive assistance (Agency experience is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern CRM tools, project management software, and collaborative workspaces.
