We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. As the right hand to the Managing Director, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting strategic goals, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling special projects.

Profile:
- 4+ Years Experience as Executive Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior management.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, calendar management tools, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
