Qargo Coffee is looking for a highly skilled App Developer / POS Systems Developer to build the technology that powers our growing franchise network.

This role will be responsible for developing and integrating our mobile app, web platforms, and POS ecosystem, creating a seamless experience across ordering, payments, loyalty programs, and store operations.

You’ll work directly with leadership to build scalable systems used across multiple coffee shop locations nationwide, helping shape the digital infrastructure behind a fast-growing brand.

What You’ll Do

App & Platform Development

• Build and maintain Qargo Coffee’s mobile app and web platforms
• Develop scalable frontend applications using React / Next.js
• Build mobile functionality using React Native or Flutter

POS & System Integrations

• Integrate and optimize POS systems (PAR / Brink, Toast, or similar) across locations
• Develop and maintain integrations between:
  • POS systems
  • Loyalty platforms (Punchh or similar)
  • Payment gateways
  • Delivery platforms

Infrastructure & Performance

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and APIs
• Ensure fast, reliable, and accurate transaction processing
• Improve system performance across in-store and digital ordering
• Troubleshoot system issues and maintain high uptime across all locations

Operations & Expansion

• Support new store openings with full POS and digital setup
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to develop new features
• Help architect systems capable of supporting rapid franchise growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, app development, or POS systems
• Strong experience with:
  • React / Next.js
  • React Native or Flutter
  • Node.js and API development
  • Database architecture and integrations
• Experience integrating POS systems (PAR / Brink, Toast, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of payment processing and transactional systems
• Experience building scalable systems for multi-location businesses

Nice to Have

• Experience in restaurant, coffee, retail, or QSR technology
• Experience with loyalty platforms and CRM systems
• Familiarity with delivery integrations (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
• Experience working with franchise or multi-unit brands
