Account Executive

EyeCatch Networks, based in Miami, Florida, helps companies effectively manage in-store communications using digital screens across all their business locations from a central hub. We are seeking a Account Executive to receive, analyze, and manage the needs of assigned clients, processing them internally while meeting their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong communication skill, advanced proficiency in English, knowledge of advertising and design, and be based in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and follow up on client requests.
• Ensure that the material provided by the client is complete and suitable for the final product.
• Generate internal processing of client requests (production, publication, technical support, commercial, development, etc.).
• Create reports (monthly publications, audience measurement, services rendered, surveys, etc.) according to the client profile.
• Develop monthly content schedules for the client.
• Manage and effectively plan the timing of client requests.
• Attend to the various communication channels of the company.
• Support the account director with reports, client meetings, and internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Professional in Advertising, Social Communication, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least two years of experience as an account executive.
• Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of Advertising and Design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The compensation is $3.500.000 COP per month (90% base salary and 10% fixed monthly bonus).
