Operations Manager (Outbound / Cold Calling)
Remote (LATAM) | Full-Time | USD $1,500–$2,500

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our outbound/ cold calling team. This role is responsible for managing callers performance, improving conversion rates, and generate reports.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize outbound operations end-to-end
  • Manage caller lifecycle (onboarding, training, performance, retention)
  • Coach team to improve conversion and call performance
  • Track and analyze KPIs to drive results
  • Optimize scripts, processes, and outbound systems (CRM, dialers)
  • Ensure strong pipeline management and reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years in outbound, cold calling, call center, or sales operations
  • Previous experience in leadership roles
  • Experience managing teams and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and coaching skills
  • Hands-on with CRM tools and outbound systems (Mandatory).
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Go High Level (GHL) experience
  • BPO or marketing agency background
