Job description:
Operations Manager (Outbound / Cold Calling)
Remote (LATAM) | Full-Time | USD $1,500–$2,500
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our outbound/ cold calling team. This role is responsible for managing callers performance, improving conversion rates, and generate reports.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize outbound operations end-to-end
- Manage caller lifecycle (onboarding, training, performance, retention)
- Coach team to improve conversion and call performance
- Track and analyze KPIs to drive results
- Optimize scripts, processes, and outbound systems (CRM, dialers)
- Ensure strong pipeline management and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years in outbound, cold calling, call center, or sales operations
- Previous experience in leadership roles
- Experience managing teams and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and coaching skills
- Hands-on with CRM tools and outbound systems (Mandatory).
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Go High Level (GHL) experience
- BPO or marketing agency background
