What You’ll Do
As a Digital-First Designer on the marketing team, you will lead the creation, optimization, and evolution of digital assets and experiences across TTEC’s web ecosystem. This role is a hybrid between a UX/UI designer and a digital brand designer, with a strong focus on creating and maintaining high-performing, visually compelling, and user-centric web experiences. You will serve as the digital innovation lead within the brand and communications team, continuously exploring and applying cutting-edge trends in interactivity, multimedia, and AI tools to elevate B2B campaign performance and web engagement.
You will be responsible for overseeing the continuous visual improvement of TTEC’s corporate website, working closely with the web implementation team to ensure seamless execution; designing and suggesting enhancements to website sections, internal subsections, and campaign / event landing pages, ensuring they remain fresh, modern, and aligned with the brand’s visual identity. You will also be in charge of creating & optimizing digital assets conceived by the broader marketing design team—including ads, web components, web and email banners and social media campaign graphics—for use across TTEC’s digital platforms and social channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design, user experience and interface design, a strong command of HTML and modern layout languages, and proficiency in real-time prototyping tools such as Figma.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Bring fresh ideas for a worldwide leader brand in the customer experience market, creating exciting opportunities for new thinking, research & interaction in the digital field.
- Collaborate with the global design team to create high-quality B2B graphic elements like landing pages, page prototypes, visual ads, social media assets, email templates and other digital materials.
- Bring digital brand stories to life through compelling visual treatments that align with our new positioning.
- Test and iterate on digital assets, pages & visuals to ensure that they resonate with our audience and drive results.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains innovative, modern, and engaging.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest-quality design standards and a remarkable attention to detail.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to develop concepts for new projects and revise the structure of our sites and their specific sections in terms of usability and user experience.
- Assist with design-related tasks such as trend research, asset & file management, and optimizing files for digital output / platform requirements.
What We Require:
Tech Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong focus on web-based environments.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, design thinking, excellent graphic quality and a wide range of design styles.
- Expert-level proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Powerpoint).
- Desired proficiency in AI-tools aimed at UX/UI development / prototyping and innovation.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern layout frameworks to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure design feasibility.
- Experience designing and optimizing websites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive web components for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across digital assets.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive digital design.
- Bonus points for experience in interactive design, motion graphics, basic video production.
- Proficiency in English at a bilingual conversational level is required. All work is carried out alongside a global team of marketing professionals.
