We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Community Manager & Content Creator to join our team!
If you love crafting stories, building engaged communities, and turning insights into action, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage online communities: respond to comments, messages, and foster brand engagement.
Develop monthly content calendars and social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
Prepare monthly reports with key insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date on trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and management teams to ensure brand consistency and creative quality.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
Proven experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative mindset combined with analytical skills — able to measure what works and improve what doesn’t.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
