It was founded by Ryan Gerber (Our CCO)  in 2024 to create Modest things on a global scale. Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality graphic design solutions and adaptations for a diverse range of projects, including digital (websites, social media, banner ads), print (brochures, posters), and potentially other mediums.
• Be a strategic partner, questioning design briefs to ensure optimal execution across various platforms and questioning appropriateness for target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, project teams, and clients to understand creative goals and translate them into visually stunning and impactful designs.
• Manage workloads, deadlines and client revisions effectively, maintaining a high level of organization and self-direction.
• Adhere to established visual aesthetics and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and potentially traditional media. Minimum 4 years of experience in advertising agencies.
• English level: minimum B2
• High aesthetic sense, strong art direction skills, and exceptional craft.
• Expertise in the formal elements of design (typography, layout, composition, etc.).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional design work under tight deadlines.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma) and familiarity with design iteration and file management techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining design decisions to both creative and non-creative audiences.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing and adapting high-quality work.
