Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and execute high-quality, real-time content tailored to the interests and needs of our audience.
  • Community Management: Actively manage and respond to community interactions on social media platforms, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Social Media Strategy: Implement and optimize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyze metrics and adjust tactics as needed to meet objectives.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content innovation and community engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of content creation.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
  • Creativity: Ability to produce innovative and engaging content that captures the attention of diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics to drive strategy and improve engagement.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Location: Reside in Buenos Aires.
