WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SR GRAPHIC PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Our Production Designers help drive the design and branding elements of our projects forward—they are in the trenches, but they also keep their eyes on the overall goal. And, of course, they have a passion for design—stunning, elegant, forward-thinking design. They will collaborate with various teams to develop top-notch design concepts and execute the vision and concept through to delivery. The production artist is an essential supportive role and will collaborate with the design team to bring work to life. Strong typography and layout skills, strict attention to detail, and outstanding organizational, project management, file-organization and archiving skills are a must.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct creative research and exploration on each project to understand brand needs and challenges fully
• Articulate and enforce the visual tone, style guide, and core values to ensure top-notch creative development and execution
• Work closely with the production team on conceptualizing, developing, and refining dynamic creative solutions and content
• Collaborate with our Designers, Animators, Editors, and Photographers, and Production Artists on each project
• Pay obsessive attention to detail—composition, color, imagery and typography
• Help adapt original designs to a range of sizes, formats, and platforms
• Manage and execute projects in compliance with production and brand standards
• Work closely with the design team to ensure all assets and specs are organized and maintained through a project’s lifecycle
• Photo processing and color correction

Requirements:

• 4- 5 years of graphic design experience, in a production design-oriented environment
• Proven ability to drive results through research and execution
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Detail driven
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understand building production-ready design files (web and print)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines on multiple projects
• Must be highly organized and detailed oriented
