Description:

A regional marketing and advertising agency with major B2B and B2C clients from various industries such as Tech/IT, Telco, Real Estate, Retail, etc., headquartered in Miami with coverage/offices in Bogotá and the rest of Latin America. We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing and Social Media. At Isource Marketing and Nuwinds, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns for companies at both local and regional levels (Colombia, Latam, and USA). You will need to propose strategies, implement them, optimize them, and create management reports with the achieved KPIs to present to clients and the agency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategy, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing and social media campaigns for clients in Latam and the USA.
  • Planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Social Media and Paid Social, Paid Media & Programmatic, Email Marketing, Remarketing, Marketing Automation, etc.
  • Excellent management of social networks, creation of social media strategies, content & community management.
  • Monitoring the health of campaigns and continuous optimization to meet their objectives.
  • Management of budgets and media guidelines across different media.
  • Handling of reporting tools and identification of insights that contribute to the development of campaigns.
  • Constant communication of the campaign status to clients in Latin America, the United States, and globally.

Key Requirements:

  • ENGLISH: Advanced level (fluent written and spoken – written and oral test required). (MANDATORY)
  • Full stack marketer
  • Professional with relevant experience in marketing areas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, campaign management and optimization, ideally in an agency.
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns using different tools such as search network, display network, social networks, and/or programmatic.
  • Experience using media platforms: Google Search Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Marketo, Hubspot, or other similar platforms.
  • Solid experience in budget management and media guidelines.
  • Possession of certifications or equivalent experience in:
    • Google Analytics & Tag Manager,
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook ads / IG advertising
    • Twitter/X
    • TikTok
    • Linkedin advertising
    • Youtube
    • Hubspot / Marketo
  • Experience using AI/Artificial Intelligence applications like chatGPT, Bard, Jasper, etc.
