Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan on social channels such as FB/IG/Twitter.
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan on Google.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all social channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Direct reporting to the Media Operations Director.
Mandatory (Must Have) Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in paid social media buying or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Advance english level.
- Knowledge in buying and optimizing Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platform ad placements.
- Knowledge of media spend optimizations on social media platforms.
- Facebook Business Manager working experience of 2+ years.
- Facebook Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Preferred (Optional) Qualifications:
- Experience in working on LinkedIn ads
