We are a coffee franchise company looking for a bilingual Community Manager / Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, digital ecosystem, strategy and growth initiatives. They will have to have exceptional oral and written communication skills and should be able to develop engaging content while showcasing great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Responsibilities:
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
Develop creative content, creativities, copy and captions for all digital and online channels and formats
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to to ensure brand consistency
Produce, assist, collaborate in short video content creation for social media accounts
Handle communication and keeping for corporate accounts like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube as well as store accounts per location like Google My Business, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, NextDoor and TripAdvisor
Follow up and develop constant reports about social media performance and introduce learnings and opportunities for the rest of the marketing team
Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Collaborate, structure and organize influencer marketing campaigns, tactics and ideas to boost brand visibility and reputation
Perform marketing research and trend hunting to make sure the brand is part of viral conversations

Qualifications:
Superior english level is required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
4+ years’ in marketing, advertising, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in content creation in English is desired
Proven work experience as a community manager
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ecosystems
