At Mazdi, a digital marketing agency, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Colombia. Mazdi has its headquarters located in the USA.

Your mission as an Account Executive will be to successfully manage assigned projects from start to finish. Ensure that each department understands and meets the needs of the clients.

Maintain a positive relationship between both parties.

Requirements:

• Conversational English (Mandatory)
• Experience in advertising agencies
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
• Experience with CRM and task management software (Desirable: ClickUp)
• Extensive knowledge of online marketing.
• Experience in account management and customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee assigned accounts.
• Schedule and manage meetings with clients.
• Create and communicate a list of deliverables for the rest of the agency’s departments, which you must inform and manage with the area leaders.
• Monitor the execution of projects from start to end.
• Escalate and obtain necessary client information for the rest of the departments.
• Communicate when there is an internal issue with timelines or an external issue with client expectations.
• Ensure that deliveries are completed.
• Serve as a digital advisor for the marketing strategies of the assigned clients.
